Our tastefully furnished holiday flat in upscale living comfort is the ideal place for you to relax and feel good. The 2-room flat has a seating area, sofa, dining area, cable TV, flat screen and W-LAN. The separate bedroom has a double bed, and is absolutely quiet facing the Walmberg. When occupied by more than two people, the sofa in the living room serves as a fully-fledged double bed-sleeper sofa. The modern bathroom has a shower and WC, and a hairdryer is available. The holiday flat offers a fully equipped kitchenette, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the south-west facing terrace with sunbathing lawn you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain panorama. An underground parking space belongs to the holiday flat. There you will also find a heated ski room and a bicycle storage room. Pets are not allowed in the flat.

In the best location of Reit im Winkl! In an absolutely quiet location in the house on Kirchplatz. The house is set back on Hausbachweg, a side street in the centre of Reit im Winkl, which is hardly frequented anyway. It is only 120 metres or a 2-minute walk to the central square (Rathausplatz). Here you will find all the amenities of your choice: pharmacy, medical centre, baker, butcher, supermarket, restaurants. Numerous fashion and sports shops as well as shops with local handicrafts invite you to stroll around. The central bus stop incl. ski bus to the Winklmoos/ Steinplatte ski area is also located there. The cross-country skiing trail network can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot!Thanks to its location, the flat is an ideal starting point for many hikes, such as to the excellent premium hiking trails.

Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
