The "Kaiser" is located in the middle of Reit im Winkl. Enjoy the incredible mountain view in our holiday flats. All flats are equipped to a very high standard, e.g. with solid wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating, brand-name kitchens with dishwasher and oven, spacious living room, 2 large flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, box-spring beds and walk-in rain showers. Your car is parked in its own parking space at the house. The "Kaiser" is heated in an environmentally friendly way with the bio-heating plant of Naturwärme Reit im Winkl. In 5 minutes you can walk to the church and thus to the centre of the village. In winter, the well-maintained cross-country ski trails in the village area lead right past our garden fence. You can reach the ski shuttle bus in 5 minutes on foot. The toboggan slope is directly in front of the house. In summer you can start your hikes and bike tours directly in front of the house. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
