The most beautiful combination of living comfort and panoramic view can be experienced in our new holiday home on the Walmberg. can be experienced. The three top-equipped flats convince with a mix of traditional alpine cosiness and simple modernity. Each of the light-flooded, spacious holiday flats offers space for at least 4 people and has its own cedar infrared heat cabin, as well as an HD flat screen in each bedroom. With the magnificent view of the surrounding Chiemgau mountains from the panoramic balcony or sun terrace, feel-good moments are guaranteed during your Alpine holiday. Ski room with boot dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board are available free of charge. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept pets and that smoking areas are limited to the balcony and terrace. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern.
