The "Rosendahl" holiday flat is located in the beautiful centre of Reit im Winkl, in Haus Sonnenschein, and boasts a fantastic view of the village and the nearby Kaisergebirge mountains. The living room has a dining area in the form of an oriel sitting area, two comfortable TV armchairs, which invite you to relax in the evenings, and a modern kitchenette. The latter has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill function and refrigerator - all the appliances you could wish for. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and guarantees a restful sleep. The bathroom with WC and ground-level shower has non-slip tiles. The sunny, furnished terrace offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and invites you to linger on nice days. Furthermore, the flat has free W-LAN, TV and radio. In addition, many extras such as sauna, solarium, sunbeds, table tennis table, children's playroom, washing machine, ski rack and electric boot dryer are at your disposal in Haus Sonnenschein. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the village centre is within easy walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk "Bayerische Alpen" zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
