In a wonderful residential location, it is suitable for up to nine people, making it ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The spacious house has three bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds, as well as a children's room including two single beds. The two luxurious bathrooms have a shower and a cosy bathtub, making it a relaxing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, four-plate cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. and leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room there are more than enough possibilities to relax with two comfortable sofas and two couch chairs. Furthermore, you will find a spacious dining room in the house, as well as a utility room and you are free to use W-LAN, cable TV, stereo, Bose radio or the table tennis table. The large furnished terrace convinces with a fantastic view and invites you to linger at any time. Garage and parking spaces are available for cars. Enjoy the view of the Wilder Kaiser, the quiet location and the proximity to nature. Hikers will also get their money's worth, as many of the tours start virtually on the doorstep. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
