You live in a modern two-room flat. Allergy-friendly, high-quality designer vinyl flooring has been laid throughout the flat. The flat offers approx. 50 m2 of living space. Our spacious holiday flat on the ground floor of a Bavarian country house with sunny terrace leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa on which two more people can sleep. After an active day, you can relax in front of the flat screen TV. The dining area offers space for at least four people. Here you can enjoy the food you have prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided for you. All our guests have free "W-LAN" access.

Our bright, ground-level holiday flat with sun terrace is located in the charming climatic health resort of Reit im Winkl in the district of Entfelden. The Haus am Wiesengrund is in a quiet location only 2 - 3 km from the lively town centre. A comfortable and cosily furnished holiday flat awaits you (50 sqm for max. 2 adults and 2 children; per child and night EUR 15.00). Dogs are welcome for 12,00 EUR per night. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic mountain view from our sunny south-facing terrace or from the large panoramic window. Our flat is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. Once a day you can use the toll road to the Winklmoosalm free of charge. All our guests receive free WLAN access for the duration of their stay." Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
