Haus Achental is located in Dorfstr. 35, very centrally located. The flat on the 1st floor offers a great view of the Kaiser Mountains from the balcony or the small bay window. The tourist information, bus stops and the outdoor adventure pool with 105 water slide are only a few minutes' walk away. In winter, the shuttle bus to the Winklmoos-Steinplatte ski area leaves diagonally opposite, the ski and children's ski school as well as the cross-country ski trail entrance is only a few metres away. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner rental company/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. Luftkurort Reit im Winkl Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Once there, you will find our "Haus Achental" diagonally opposite the tourist information office and the maypole, in Dorfstr. 35.
