For rent is a romantic, exclusive chalet for sole use for 4 people. The chalet is situated in a quiet hillside location with a beautiful panoramic view of Reit im Winkl. The village center with various stores and supermarket can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. About 120sqm of living space leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are newly furnished in modern, alpine style very high quality. You will find all common kitchen appliances, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The equipment of the rooms as well as the terrace with its panoramic view are exceptionally extensive. You will also find a garage for exclusive use and a table tennis table.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Arrival Description

Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway at the Bernau exit and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Once in Reit im Winkl, drive in the direction of Austria - Kössen. Directly opposite the festival hall and the fire brigade turn into Ahornstrasse. Stay on the road and after 150 m turn right into Weinleiten. At the end of the cul-de-sac you have reached your destination, the chalet is on the right.
