Our flat "Unterbergblick" is situated in a quiet sunny location, only a few metres from the centre of the village. There are cycling and hiking paths nearby, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the spa gardens and the open-air swimming pool. You live here in absolute quiet and have an optimal starting point to many leisure facilities. In winter, you will find the cross-country ski trail right by the house and it is only a few minutes to the bus stop that will take you to the Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte ski area. The holiday flat is a three-room flat with two separate bedrooms and an extra living room, cable TV and free wi-fi. The Scholz family is looking forward to your visit!

Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
