The cross-country skiing trail and Benzeck lifts are in the immediate vicinity of the house. The entrance to the large skiing area Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte can be reached in 8 minutes by car or ski bus. You are in the pretty district of Blindau. This guarantees you absolute peace and quiet. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. Arrival Description

Drive out of Reit im Winkl on Weitseestr. for approx. 1 km in the direction of Seegatterl/Ruhpolding. At the second sharp left-hand bend, turn right into the junction for Blindau. Now drive straight on and you will pass through the district of Blindau on the direct way to Klausenbergweg. Turn left into the first street and reach "Am Dürrach". The second house on the right is your destination, "Haus Davis" Am Dürrach 10.
