The flat house "Feichtner" welcomes you in the centre of the Upper Bavarian spa and winter sports resort Reit im Winkl. Our comfortably furnished flats and suites have flat screens with cable TV and free wifi reception. Parking spaces at the house and in the immediate vicinity are available to every guest free of charge. Reit im Winkl with its picturesque landscape invites you to go hiking, cycling, golfing, cross-country skiing and skiing and is a perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area.

Environment description

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Starting summer 2027, we'll be offering the SchwimmCard to our guests. That means during your stay with us, you get free access to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool and the Kössen forest pool. Take advantage of the benefits of the inclusive card, free services, and discounts even on the day of arrival (e.g., free ride up to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl. The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl

Gastgeberin und Reinigungskraft sind sehr freundlich. Von der Gastgeberin erhielten wir neben dem am Empfang umfangreichen Infomaterial über die Region auch noch einige "Insider-Tipps". Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Ort und ist sehr sauber. Kostenlos werden Regenschirme zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war für unsere 3-jährigen Enkelkinder leider nicht warm genug. Da es sehr viel geregnet hat, hätten wir das Schwimmbad sonst gerne häufiger genutzt.

Wenn man was bemängeln könnte, dann dass der Innenpool kein Tageslicht abbekommt. Das ist im Sommer etwas schade, aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
