With 44 sqm, the flat offers enough space and sleeping facilities for 2-4 people. An extension up to 6 persons is possible. From the spacious, sunny balcony you can enjoy the view of the mountains. Deck chairs, table and parasol are available for outside use. The covered balcony is also intended to allow smokers to stay in our non-smoking flats. Due to hygiene and allergy-related circumstances, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate animals with us. Please have understanding for this!

Description

Our house, built in 1998 on a quiet south-facing slope, only 800 m from the centre of Reit im Winkl, with a wonderful view of our beautiful mountains, offers you fully equipped, comfortably furnished holiday flats. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails run in the immediate vicinity. Several cable cars, which serve as ascent aids for a mountain hike, can be reached shortly by car or public bus. During the winter season, the cross-country skiing trails, which are only 2 minutes away, and the equally beautiful paths for winter hiking are inviting. Approx. 80 m in front of the house is the stop of the free village bus. The cross-country stadium is only a five-minute walk away. We will be happy to help you with further tips and information for excursions in the surrounding area. Own guest parking spaces at the house.

Environment description

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. From the centre of the village drive in the direction of Austria and after approx. 400 metres you will find Tirolerstr. 48 on the left.
