Ideally located at the end of a dead-end street, it is only a 3-minute walk to the village/centre or to the entrance to the extensive network of hiking trails. Generously equipped holiday flats with approx. 24 to 60 m² for two, three or four persons await you. We are also happy to accommodate families with children. After an eventful day, you can relax in our wellness area (in winter, included until the beginning of March; otherwise EUR 10 per person/day) with solarium, sauna, infrared heat cabin and caldarium (heat loungers with solar mist). Our service for you: fresh bread rolls daily at your flat door! Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Arrival Description

Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway at the Bernau exit and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Through the village past the church in the direction of Tiroler Straße, at Sport "Skihütte" turn right into Birnbacher Straße, after approx. 200 m turn left into Sonnenweg No. 4.
