Our well-kept and family-run house is centrally located. The cosy rooms have shower/WC, balcony and TV. We also offer a cosy two-room holiday flat with a large south-facing balcony, with breakfast available on request or bread service. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. W-Lan is available free of charge in the rooms as well as in the holiday flat. Cosy breakfast and lounge with a varied breakfast. Parking spaces at the house. Central starting point for beautiful walks and excursions. Cross-country skiing stadium, cross-country skiing trails and groomed winter hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, as is the bus stop for public transport and in winter for the free shuttle bus to the Winklmoos-Alm - Steinplatte skiing area. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
