The cosy two-room holiday flat on the 1st floor has a size of 45m2. From the sunny west-facing balcony you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Reit im Winkler mountains. In the comfortably furnished kitchen-cum-living-room with dining area and sofa as well as flat screen TV and DVD player you can really enjoy your holiday. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 4-plate ceranfled. Coffee filters, sugar, cleaning accessories and a small selection of teas as well as spices are part of the basic equipment. The bedroom is furnished with solid wood furniture and the sleeping area can be switched off so that nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep. When designing the flat, we placed special emphasis on ecological and natural housing construction. Controlled living space ventilation, heat for the underfloor heating from our wood chip heating system and wooden floors additionally ensure a homely, harmonious and allergy-friendly environment. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, baking oven, microwave oven and a ceran top stove with four burners. Coffee filters, sugar, cleaning supplies and a small assortment of teas and spices are complimentary. The bedroom is furnished with solid wood furniture and the sleeping area can be switched field-free so nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. When designing the apartment, we placed particular emphasis on a ecological and natural housing construction. A controlled heat recovery ventilation system, heat for the floor heating from our own wood chip plant and wooden floors additionally make for a homely and a harmonious atmosphere, which is also especially suitable for allergy sufferers. A sufficient number of bedding, table linen and towels are provided. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our house.

Our guesthouse Weber am Gasteig, newly built in 2011, is located in the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl, in the district Blindau. Each of the three holiday flats has a sunny and spacious balcony. The 2-room flats Geigelstein and Unterberg are equipped with a high-quality eat-in kitchen and a separate bedroom. In the 3-room holiday flat Klausenberg you will also find a high-quality equipped eat-in kitchen with two bedrooms and an additional separate WC. When redesigning our guesthouse Weber am Gasteig, we attached great importance to ecological and natural construction methods. All flats have underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Wooden floors additionally ensure a homely, harmonious and allergy-friendly atmosphere. In addition, each bedroom can be switched field-free. We provide each holiday flat with a car garage free of charge. In summer, our guests help themselves to our herb bed and can thus enjoy their prepared meals even more with a wonderful, unobstructed mountain view. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern.
