The centrally located Haus Katharina with a wonderful mountain view is about a 5-minute walk from the centre of Reit im Winkl. The open-air swimming pool, miniature golf course, spa gardens and festival hall are only a few minutes' walk away. Our house is an ideal starting point for hiking tours and in winter the cross-country skiing tracks lead directly along the house. Four lovingly furnished 2-room holiday flats for two people await you. Bed linen, towels and crockery are provided. You will also find a parking space directly at the house. On request we offer you our bread roll service. In addition to our own services, you will receive the "Reit im Winkl inklusiv Card" with many services free of charge for you and numerous reductions in the Chiemgau and Kaiserwinkel for your holiday. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural prerequisites for good air, we actively ensure that the good mountain air is preserved for us with natural warmth or ample bus offers.

Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Arrived there from the centre of the village in the direction of Ruhpolding, approx. 5 minutes walk.
