Our beautiful, well-maintained farm is located directly in the village, but still quiet and with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. We offer you beautiful, large, comfortably furnished holiday flats for 1-4 people and two double rooms with shower/WC, balcony, sun terrace, a cosy farmhouse parlour as a lounge and parking spaces at the house. In addition, we offer you a beautiful large garden, which can also be used as a sunbathing lawn and also contains a children's swing. The warm courtyard has a ski room, sufficient parking space. Access to the cross-country ski trails 30 m from the house. Our well-kept farm is situated on the outskirts of Wimmerkreuzweg and has a clear view of the mountains. Information, shooting school and church are close by.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. Arrival Description

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
