You will find our house in a quiet, sunny location in the district of Entfelden. We offer 1 and 2 room flats, which are comfortably furnished in a cosy style. All have a large balcony, own kitchenette, TV and telephone and a shower with WC. We are about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village, the spa gardens and the outdoor swimming pool. The cross-country skiing tracks and the ski bus are directly opposite our house. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner rental company/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Once there, you will find our house opposite the car park Gasthof Rosi Mittermaier, 100 metres from Chiemseestrasse.
