This cosy double room is on the second floor and very harmoniously furnished in Bavarian style. Slatted frames with height-adjustable head and foot sections ensure a restful night's sleep. The spacious and bright bathroom offers shower/WC, towels and a hairdryer. Free W-LAN access is a matter of course for our guests. An information folder with hiking and leisure tips is also part of the room as well as a flat-screen TV and a clock radio. From the spacious, wide balcony on the south side you have a fantastic view of our mountains.

Our 32 m2 two-room flat is furnished in a cosy country house style and offers you a fantastic view of the Chiemgau mountains. On the spacious, wide corner balcony to the south and east side, you can experience wonderful sunrises already in the morning at breakfast and start the day relaxed. The beds in comfort height are equipped with height-adjustable slatted frames and ensure a healthy sleep. The pull-out couch in the bedroom makes this flat ideal for guests with a child. The bathroom is bright and spacious. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and a hairdryer are provided free of charge. In addition to the two-plate ceramic hob, the kitchenette offers you a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler as well as a fridge with freezer compartment and many other extras. Free W-LAN is a matter of course for our guests. A flat-screen TV in the bedroom and a TV in the living area as well as a clock radio are also part of the flat as well as an information folder with important holiday tips.

In one of the most beautiful spots in the Chiemgau, between Lake Chiemsee and the Upper Bavarian Alps, you will find our personally run Haus Bartlweber. Our rooms and the holiday flats are all equipped with balcony, shower/WC and flat screen TVs. For sun-seekers, there is a large terrace with adjoining sunbathing lawn. Since almost all hiking and cycling trails as well as cross-country skiing tracks lead directly past our house, we are the ideal starting point for your leisure activities. An information folder with hiking and leisure suggestions is available in every room. You can easily park your car in our large car park, as the village can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Environment description

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Drive through the village directly into the centre. Turn left at the town hall and follow the road until you come to another intersection where you turn right into Weitseestraße. Follow this road for about 500 m. Then turn right at the first crossroads into Loferaustraße. Follow this road for about 100 m and you will find the house on the right-hand side of the road.
