Description

Our stylish house is situated in a quiet but central location, only 5 minutes away from the village centre. In just a few steps you can reach the cross-country skiing trails and the hiking paths. It offers space for four comfortably furnished holiday flats. A heated shoe room, a drying room as well as an ironing and washing room can be used. You can park your car in our underground garage. From the flats there is direct access to the sun terrace and sunbathing lawn. All flats have a living room and bedroom for 2 persons and are equipped with cable TV. The kitchenette is modern and comfortably equipped with microwave, dishwasher and the usual electrical appliances. Bed linen and towels are provided. Internet access is available free of charge via a W-Lan connection. We are looking forward to your visit. Your family Hübner

Environment description

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort: According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "towns and villages whose air and climate, according to an expert report, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
