The cozy and comfortable holiday apartment Alpenschwänchen is approx. 44m² in size. From the apartment door you enter a small hallway, with the bathroom on the right and the kitchen on the left. Straight ahead you reach the living room with a cozy rustic dining area and a sofa bed (e.g. for children). Two passages lead off from the living room and can be closed with folding doors and curtains. The left passage leads to the left side of the bed and the window. The right passage leads to the right side of the bed and the wardrobe.

In the living room there is a modern television with an Amazon TV stick and a DVD player. The cozy coach can be pulled out into a double bed (140×190). The living room leads to the large balcony. This is equipped with 2 comfortable garden chairs and a table. There is a drying rack in the corner for wet bathing suits.

The rural dining area can be illuminated very brightly or comfortably dimly with many lamps, depending on your needs. You can eat comfortably here, play board games or plan excursions. The bedroom has two single beds put together (90×200) and a topper (200cmx200cm). Of course there are 2 bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a small secretary by the window for writing or doing your hair/make-up (small mirror available). A wicker chair with a floor lamp invites you to read. Straight ahead you reach the living room with a cozy dining area and a sofa bed (e.g. for children). Immediately to the left of the living room door is the 160 cm wide box spring bed with topper. There is a modern television in the living room with an Amazon TV stick. The cozy leather coach can be pulled out into a double bed (150×200).

The living room leads to the large balcony. This is equipped with a comfortable 2-seater bench, 2 chairs and a table. There is a drying rack in the corner for wet bathing suits. Here you can enjoy the view of the Pfarrstuhlbahn and see the red gondolas going up and down.

Next to the dining area is the refrigerator with a microwave. Here you can eat comfortably, play board games or plan excursions.

Between the box spring bed and the sleeping coach there is a small secretary for writing or for the laptop.
