The apartment is furnished to a high standard with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette has fridge, cooker, multi-cooker, hob, grill and dishwasher. Drying cloths are provided. There are facilities for up to 3 people, this includes dining area and lounge area as well as balcony furniture. There is a dining area with table and lounge area with two chairs and sofa in a swiss chalet style. The apartment is light and airy and very spacious. There is a single bedroom with kingsize bed, this is fully equipped with duvet, pillows and sheets. There is a wardrobe for storage. A further single bed is in the lounge under the sofa during the daytime. Bedding for these are in the apartment in the cupboard inside the door. However, bedding will be made up prior to arrival. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, is spacious and has full facilities including a hairdryer. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4 ring electric hob and oven, full size dishwasher (tablets supplied), fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, toaster, multi-cooker, fondue set and a full set of plates and serving bowls etc.
A washing machine is for communal use with a tumble dryer in the basement a card is available for access to these equipment on request on booking an additional charge for this is made of CHF10. Similarly, garage parking is available for guests on request.

Description
This is an open plan, rooftop apartment. It enjoys southerly views up the valley towards Champery from a balcony which runs along the full width of the apartment. Patio table and chairs enable guests to enjoy the views of mountains and valley scenery to the south, this is also the case from the light and airy lounge area and spacious bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortably accommodates up to three people in a double bedroom and a single bed housed in the lounge area. There is underground parking in the basement alternatively, there is a surface parking available for guests outside the block or in a car park outside the pool which is closed currently.

Non-smoking apartment, Pets are not accepted, Parking underground, free surface parking, No ski equipment is to be kept in the apartment - a locker is provided in a secure cave in the basement for this. No BBQs are permitted on the balconies. Parties are prohibited.
