The lovingly furnished vacation apartment is quietly located and is on the 1st floor of our well-kept, family-friendly two-family house.The Maximiliansreitweg, which is directly accessible from our house, invites you to extended walks and is also passable with the stroller prima. The popular excursion destinations such as Markt Berchtesgaden and Royal Castle Berchtesgaden, salt mine, documentation Obersalzberg, Watzmanntherme, natural swimming pool Aschauerweiher are reachable in a few minutes by car. From your vacation apartment you can start directly or after a few minutes by car to easy and more demanding mountain tours. The distance to the family skiing area Götschen is 4,6 km. The ski area offers ski rental, a wide family downhill run and practice lift with ski kindergarten. The cross-country skiing center Aschauerweiher with 18 km of well-maintained trails in all levels of difficulty is also just a few minutes away. For smaller errands or even larger purchases, the Panoramapark shopping center (with Edeka, bakery, drugstore, hairdresser, ATM, etc.) is in the immediate vicinity it can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The bus stop and the local bakery are also only a 5-minute walk away. Besides English and French, we also speak Proto-German.
