Since the Alpen-FeWo is not located on the Rosenleite estate, but 4 minutes away by car, it is necessary to hand over the keys at the Rosenleite. We have to arrange the appointment in advance. The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor of a small well-kept residential complex about 5 minutes walk from the Berchtesgadener Land Clinic. The hiking trail to the Königssee is in close proximity, distance to the lake about 20 minutes walk. The all-day sunny terrace is furnished, has a barbecue facility and offers shared use of the well-kept garden.

Description
The Alpen-Fewo is quietly located in the Oberschönau district directly in Schönau am Königssee in a well-kept small residential complex, not far from the village center. You will find a hiking trail to the Königssee nearby. The Schönau Clinic for outpatient rehab stays is only a 5-minute walk away. It is only a 10-minute walk to the Haus des Gastes with its brine bath and Kneipp facility, as well as to the Kurmittelhaus. Shopping facilities and bus stop are nearby. By car you can reach sights such as Kehlsteinhaus or salt mine in a short time. Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall are only 30 minutes away by car. The modern furnished vacation apartment has a south-facing terrace with a view of the Grünstein. Hikes and mountain tours to the peaks of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps can be started directly from the apartment. In winter, there is a well-groomed cross-country ski trail nearby, as well as numerous winter hiking trails. The Jenner skiing and hiking area is not far away.
