The Haus am See offers you a unique ambience. Situated at the beautiful Königssee, you will spend a restful and relaxing time in one of our cozy vacation apartments south balcony with lake view or south terrace. You will live and sleep in charmingly furnished rooms, whose timeless style is something very special. Experience the fascinating images and moods of our magnificent mountain world in our enchantingly landscaped garden. Start your ventures on foot from the house. Attractions such as the panoramic mountain Jenner and the boat landing stage of the Königssee Schifffahrt are only a few minutes walk away. Explore the emerald green Königssee on hikes or boat trips. Discover and admire the beautiful mountains of the National Park, or simply enjoy our charming garden.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 3.10 for adults, EUR 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and EUR 0.00 for children from 0-6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). Electricity is charged separately with 0,46 Euro per KW.
Arrival Description
You can reach us via the A8 Munich-Salzburg. Shortly before the Austrian border, take the Bad Reichenhall exit and follow the B 20 to Berchtesgaden. If you continue over the border (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!). At the traffic circle at Berchtesgaden main station take the exit to Königssee. Before the parking lot Königssee turn right and after the bridge take the first turn left, drive straight on until you reach the last house. "Haus am See", An der Seeklause 30.
