Idyllically and quietly located on the edge of the forest, the Bergwald guesthouse enchants its guests every day anew with a unique panoramic view of the Watzmann and the Berchtesgaden mountains.Our well-kept family business was renovated in 2018 and has 9 units. You have the choice between 4 double rooms (15-27m²), 3 deluxe rooms (31-45 m²), one family room (47m²) and one vacation apartment (50m²).All rooms have shower/WC, TV, comfortable double beds (200 x 200 or 190 x 200 cm) and our panoramic view, which you can enjoy from the balcony or terrace.Whether it's a tour suggestion, directions or restaurant recommendation: we are happy to support you with tips and advice to make your stay a special experience! Our rich breakfast buffet ensures that you start the day strengthened. Not only mountaineers like to take advantage of the offer of a snack package.Despite the very quiet location, numerous attractions of the Berchtesgadener Land are very easy to reach: Within a radius of about 2 km you will find, for example, the historic center of Berchtesgaden, the Watzmanntherme, the Hofbräuhaus and the salt mine with salt healing gallery.

Arrival Description

At the upper end of the Salzbergwerk parking lot (opposite Opel workshop) turn into Metzenleitenweg. After approx. 300 m the road splits and you turn right. After approx. 300 m the road divides again into Duftbachweg and Riemergasse. Turn left into Duftbachweg.
