Our new family room with 60 sqm, designed in Mediterranean colors, offers 2-3 adults or a family with 2 children up to 14 years (1 bedroom and 1 living-bedroom) enough space to feel comfortable from the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view to the massif of the Reiteralpe. The living area offers enough space for the whole family and convinces with modern ambience and coziness. In the bedroom, with feel-good beds and furnished with attention to detail, you will also find wonderful dreams. Our non-smoking comfort rooms furnished in alpine style with a sunny and majestic view of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe, offer a contemporary standard With great attention to detail, heart and passion, we welcome hobby alpinists, repeat offenders and those we may still inspire. Breakfast is our great passion and is prepared every day individually with regional products from the region with much love. You can enjoy this on our sunny panoramic terrace or in our rustic breakfast room. As a special service for our guests, our rest area with tea/coffee bar, guest refrigerators, library, beverage offer is available to them at any time. WLAN in the house free of charge.
Environment description
Directly from the house you can set off on numerous hikes and excursions and our regional hiking buses will take you to the most beautiful places in the Berchtesgadener Land. Sufficient private parking spaces directly at the house are available free of charge.

The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change). Half board is provided by our nearby Gasthof Baltram, about 250 m away from us. Monday day of rest!
Arrival Description
Freeway Munich- Salzburg until exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf, continue on B 306 direction Berchtesgaden via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg. From there on the B 305 to Ramsau, past Gasthof Wachterl to Gasthof "Baltram", here after approx. 400m you will find Gästehaus Heißenlehen on the right. By train: To Berchtesgaden train station then call us and we will pick you up.
