Welcome to the Gastager Hof Our farm was built in 1959 by my parents-in-law, Heinrich and Marie Luise Gastager as a new farmstead. Living space was created for them and their 2 children, as well as space for 4 rooms for vacation rental. In 2020, I, Angie Gastager and my husband Heinrich remodeled the second floor and the attic to make room for 3 vacation apartments. The lovingly, modern apartments are now available to help you have a great time in Ruhpolding. Peace and relaxation at the foot of the Rauschberg surrounded by meadows and the beautiful alpine panorama contribute to this. Many excursion possibilities directly from the farm. Bike tours, hiking and cross-country skiing. The village center is about 3 km away from us.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
