Ferienwohnung Gartenglück is located on the first floor of the "Empfinger Gütl", one of the oldest houses in the town of Traunstein (built in 1582/83) and offers space for up to 8 people on about 100m². Your four-legged friend will also feel at home here and is very welcome! During the renovation, the original charm of the old building with its thick walls, low ceilings and box windows was preserved. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), a living room with sleeping accommodation for two people, a shower room with toilet, another bathroom (with toilet, washing machine and dryer), a dining area with a large dining table in the hallway and a fully equipped kitchen. There is space enough for everyone to find their own personal retreat. A completely fenced garden with terrace belongs to the apartment. You may use this alone. There are two raised beds in the garden, which you may of course help yourself to. Directly next to the entrance door you will also find a large herb bed with many fresh herbs. A grill is also available for our guests. Bed linen and towels are of course included in the rental price. The Empfinger Gütl is located on the banks of the Traun and you can start your bike tours or walks directly at the garden door. On foot you can reach the center of the small town of Traunstein in about 15 minutes, always along the river, with its many restaurants, beer gardens, cafes and friendly stores. At the Traunstein weekly and farmer's market you can shop fresh and regional. (Other shopping opportunities are only about 150m away.) The location of the apartment is perfect to discover the Chiemgau with its numerous lakes, mountains, but also the wider surroundings. And should you want to leave the car once or arrive by train, the train station can be reached on foot in just under 20 minutes."
