Extremely lovingly and stylishly furnished holiday flat for 1 to 4 people: Large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/living room (ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso machine and much more), 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and seating area, bathroom/WC with underfloor heating, WLAN, flat screen cable TV. All rooms are equipped with high-quality real wood parquet flooring. Furnished and covered south/west balcony with magnificent mountain view and private garden area (barbecue possibility) - an ideal place to relax and unwind. The guest parking space is directly at the house. Lockable bicycle shed and ski cellar available. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Description
Quietly located holiday flat close to the centre with short shopping distances to the bakery and grocery shop "around the corner". An ideal starting point for hikes to managed alpine huts and extensive cycling or mountain bike tours. On request, we rent out our sailing dinghy on Lake Chiemsee to guests.
Our flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets!

Lage
Ihr findet uns am nördlichen Ortseingang von Unterwössen. Unmittelbar nach der Gärtnerei Blumen Glanz zweigt links die Frühlingstraße von der B305 ab. Nach ca. 70 Metern, am Ende der 3. Abfahrt links erreicht ihr schon den Lieblingsort.
Mit dem Auto
Aus Richtung München Autobahn A8 bis Ausfahrt Bernau am Chiemsee (AS106), aus Richtung Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Grabenstätt (AS109). Für ca. 15 Minuten weiter auf B305 bzw. St2096 Richtung Reit im Winkl.
Mit Bus und Bahn
Mit dem Zug aus Richtung München/Salzburg bis Prien am Chiemsee. Umstieg in den RVO-Bus 9505 Richtung Reit im Winkl bis Haltestelle Unterwössen Zentrum. Von dort aus ca. 5 Gehminuten. Gerne holen wir euch auch am Bahnhof oder an der Bushaltestelle ab.
