Vacation, the most valuable time of the year! We welcome you to our new, lovingly furnished 4-star vacation apartment on the Adlerhügel! In our house you will find a spacious, comfortably furnished vacation apartment on the first floor. This is in an absolutely quiet location, with a southeastern terrace, a large living area, modern kitchen, dining area as well as a cozy sitting area with couch set, which invites you to relax. From us you can reach the village center in about 10 minutes on foot. Bus stop, cross-country ski trail and ski school are nearby. Equipment: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, sep. WC, hairdryer High-quality equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler Sat-TV, radio/MP3/USB, free WLAN, crib and chair are available

Ausflugsziele sind egal ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad (E-Bike/Mountainbike) oder dem Auto schnell zu erreichen! Die nahe gelegene Ortsmitte erreichen Sie in ca. 10 Gehminuten! Wanderungen oder Bergtouren auf unsere schönen Berge mit den bewirtschafteten Almen werden Sie begeistern. Langlauf, Ski Alpin, Schlittenfahren oder wunderschöne Sparziergänge, bei uns ist alles möglich!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.Arrival Description
On the A8 freeway, take the Siegsdorf exit, approx. 7 km to Ruhpolding, at the entrance to the town, opposite the ARAL gas station, turn right into Maiergschwendter Str. and follow this road for 1 km. At Blicken (a single house is on the right) turn left, direction von-Hertling-Str., approx. 500 m up the small hill, turn into the 1st street on the right.
