Die wunderschöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss ist ideal für 2 Personen und bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Eine 3. Person kann nach Anfrage bequem auf der Schlafcouch übernachten (20,--€/Ü)
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, große Wohnküche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse, Schlafzimmer, Bad und seperates WC.
Dazu kommen die Terrasse und der schöne Garten mit Seeblick, ein Gartenhaus und eine Garage, die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung stehen.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Wohnküche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und Garten. Ein seperates Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein extra WC, eine Garage und Stellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der See mit Strand und Gasthaus ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und macht die Unterkunft besonders attraktiv für Ruhesuchende, Natur- und Sportliebhaber, Radfahrer, Angler und Wassersportler.
Dank der zentralen Lage ist das Seehäuschen ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Berge, zu idyllischen Seen, schöne Orte, oder in das nahe Österreich.

Ausflüge nach Berchtesgaden, Ruhpolding, Salzburg, Chiemsee uvm. Bergtouren, Almen und Bergbahnen sowie viele weitere Seen in der Region!
