The rooms of the guesthouse are located in a separate guesthouse on the first floor with terrace and on the second floor with balcony. In addition to the double beds, a sofa bed is available in some rooms. The rooms have spacious wardrobes, some of the furniture is still decorated with beautiful old farmhouse paintings.

Description

In the middle of the Chiemgau, in a rural idyll on a hill with a wonderful panoramic view you will find our small hamlet Holneich. Only 5 minutes by car from Traunstein, 10 minutes from the highway, at some bike paths and yet far away from the noisy hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our fully managed dairy farm is especially conveniently located for those who want to explore the beautiful foothills of the Alps by bike: The Bodensee-Königssee-Weg, the Via Julia, the Jakobsweg, the Salinenweg and the Milchweg pass virtually directly in front of our front door. Separate vacation house with comfortable double and multi-bed rooms, some with shower/WC, balcony or terrace, spacious lounge with TV, guest kitchen with refrigerator and four renovated vacation apartments with kitchenette, refrigerator and TV connection. Lawn for sunbathing, barbecue, giant trampoline, large parking lot also for buses or trucks.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich Salzburg - Exit Siegsdorf-Ruhpolding-Inzell Turn left onto the B 306 in the direction of Traunstein. Follow the road for about 4 kilometers until you reach the traffic lights. Continue straight on the B 304 in the direction of Freilassing-Salzburg for approx. 5 kilometers until you reach the turn-off on the right in the direction of Lauter. Drive through the forest and immediately turn left towards Rückstetten, halfway up the hill to Holneich. On the left side you will find the farm and the vacation house of the Wadler-Lackner family.
