A semi-detached house in a very quiet location (dead-end street). You live on the outskirts of Übersee and yet centrally located (nearest restaurant 200 m and village centre 600 m).
You can reach our Chiemsee beach in 10 minutes by bike. Behind the house you will find a large meadow (slope) or a forest (Buchwald).
Supra-regional cycle paths: the Chiemsee Rundweg, Achental-, Salz/Sole- Radweg start from the house. Bus stop at 100 m.
For the sunny days you spend at the house, a terrace with sunbathing lawn awaits you in front of the house (south) or a barbecue area with outdoor seating to the north.
Next to the house, at the end of a wide driveway, you can park your bicycles in a lockable room (tools).
The holiday home is situated in a quiet holiday resort. Terrace with sunbathing lawn, barbecue area, separate sleeping floors, you are not cramped and feel at home. Baby + cot available on request. Dog on request. Short stay possible on request. Free WLAN.

Sie wohnen in einer ruhigen Doppelhaushälfte am Ortsrand von Übersee, in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr – ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreichen Sie alles ganz bequem:
Das nächste Restaurant ist nur 200 m entfernt, und den Dorfkern mit Geschäften und Bäckerei erreichen Sie nach rund 600 m.
Zum Chiemsee-Strand radeln Sie gemütlich in etwa 10 Minuten – perfekt für einen Badetag oder einen Spaziergang am Seeufer.
Hinter dem Haus erwartet Sie die Natur pur – mit einer großen Wiese am Hang und dem Buchwald direkt dahinter.

Wir sind echte Wahl-Bayern – also Zugereiste mit Herz fürs Weiß-Blaue!
Rund 40 Jahre lang haben wir jedes freie Wochenende im Chiemgau verbracht – bis wir beschlossen: Wenn’s hier so schön ist, bleiben wir einfach da!
Seit dem Ruhestand genießen wir das Leben, wie’s kommt: mal auf dem Berg, mal auf’m Radl, mal gemütlich im Biergarten. Wandern, Schwimmen, Skifahren, Pilze suchen – und manchmal auch einfach faulenzen gehören zu unserem Alltag.
Unsere Labrador-Dame Rona sorgt dafür, dass’s nie langweilig wird. Ihr Vorgänger Merlin hat uns 12 Jahre begleitet – ein echter Charakterkopf! Seit 2016 hält Rona uns auf Trab – freundlich, charmant und stets bereit für einen Spaziergang.
Kurz gesagt: Wir lieben’s hier – und freuen uns, wenn unsere Gäste das genauso empfinden.

Arrival Description
You can reach us via the A8 motorway by taking the exit "Übersee, Feldwies". Follow the road to Übersee (north).
After 1KM through the railway subway (Edeka on the right before).
At the first roundabout take the same road, after 200m there is a gymnasium on the right.
Now there is a pizzeria on the left with a road on the right. After this it is the next street to the right, the "Willi-Geiger-Weg".
Take the second house on the right, number 8, and you are there!
Take the train to Übersee station (also ICE!), we will gladly take you the 2KM from the station.
