Welcome to our well-kept pension in a sunny, quiet location. You can reach the village center in 7 minutes and the ice rink in 10 minutes on foot. Our lovingly furnished rooms are equipped with bathrobes, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, WLAN and LCD TV. You can enjoy a rich breakfast in our cozy lounge with tiled stove. Extra TV room available. For sporty active people there is a fitness room, mountain bikes and bicycles available. A cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house. You will receive the cross-country skiing equipment from us free of charge. You will find relaxation in our sauna area. Alpaca hikes.

Prices plus spa tax per person/night:Adults € 2,10, children 6-15 years € 1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include e.g. mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all lines is always the current list of services.

Freeway Munich - Salzburg (A8) - Exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - village center direction Schmelz - after 55 m turn left into Sulzbacher Straße (opposite the fire station) - you will find our guesthouse after 250 meters on the right side.
