Detached and with direct mountain view it is located in a quiet, sunny forest edge location. In the immediate vicinity are a Kneipp facility, the golf course, hiking and biking trails (in winter cross-country ski trail) and much more.You live in... - three separate bedrooms - two modern bathrooms (shower, bathtub, WC, bidet, hairdryer) - a 30 m² cozy living room with tiled stove, including firewood, LCD TV, safe, hi-fi system, DVD player and W-LAN - a modern, large, comfortable and well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and - a separate dining room - our large surrounding south-southeast balcony/terrace, which invites you to barbecue or sunbathe - bread roll service In the immediate vicinity: Hiking and biking trails, ski trail directly in front of the door, Kneipp facility, golf course, restaurants, shopping facilities.

On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding.
