Each apartment has been furnished with love in country house style and has its own parking space directly at the house. A large lawn for sunbathing, a gas grill with outdoor seating as well as various sun chairs and loungers invite you to relax. And the best: We would like to contribute a part to make your vacation unforgettable: For this reason, all guests of our vacation apartments additionally receive the Chiemgau Card with a variety of free services for your vacation. (see below) All vacation apartments have satellite TV and WLAN. Environment description

The house is centrally located and is the starting point for beautiful walks or sports activities. Also the golf course and the Kneipp facility are not far away. On the vacation home property there is a pond with a small island, where fish, ducks and geese cavort.not far from your vacation home you can reach the cross-country skiing trails at the nearby golf course and further cross-country skiing trails can be found in the entire valley basin as well as in the various mountain valleys. For downhill skiing there are many possibilities at the Westernberg, Unternberg, Hochfelln and the snow-sure ski paradise Winklmoos-Alm located between Ruhpolding and Reit im Winkl. The ice rink and a toboggan run round off the offer.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description

Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg, exit Siegsdorf - Ruhpolding. Leave the traffic circle in Ruhpolding in the direction of Reit im Winkl/Berchtesgaden. At the next traffic light turn left in the direction of Zell. After the bridge turn right and follow the Hadermarkt-Straße for about 0.5 km until you reach the junction Zell. After approx. 200 m turn left behind the church. Now straight ahead until you see the sign Anlieger frei. Turn right here in front of the double garage, then left again after a few meters. At the bottom right you will see your vacation home.
