Description

Very well-maintained holiday complex in Unterwössen - Chiemgauerr Alps with 1- and 2-room flats furnished in country house style with furnished terrace or balcony for your holiday. Cot, towels, toys, books, bed linen, underground parking or parking space. Contact person in the office Tuesday and Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., barbecue, toboggan, bicycle and ski cellar, iron and board, dog allowed (not allowed in holiday flat no. 9 and no. 25).

 

Environment description

Unterwössen is located in the beautiful Chiemgau region in Upper Bavaria between Lake Chiemsee and Reit im Winkl. A typical Bavarian dream landscape awaits you. Mountains, forests, lakes - a little paradise. In the near vicinity the Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, Reit im Winkl, Winklmoosalm, Salzburg, Ruhpolding, Berchtesgaden, Traunstein, Kitzbühl and a little further Munich. Leisure: Rafting and kayaking on the Tiroler Ache. Sailing and surfing on Lake Chiemsee. South German paragliding school (paragliding) and German Alpine gliding school (gliding) are based in Unterwössen. The snow-sure ski paradise Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte and the cross-country ski trails in Reit im Winkl are in the immediate vicinity.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.

Arrival Description

Take the Bernau motorway exit and continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Unterwössen, past the Aral petrol station, you will reach your holiday home after 250 metres on the left-hand side.
