The Hochgern holiday flat has approx. 50m² and is also located - like the other two flats - on the 1st floor of our farm. It is suitable for 2 to 3 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed - an emergency bed for a 4th person could be provided on request.
Facilities: Living room with small kitchenette, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, sitting area with dining table, small sofa, cable TV, balcony with mountain view, 1 small bathroom with shower and WC, 1 newly renovated bathroom with barrier-free large shower (100/90) and WC, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bed linen, hairdryer, hand and shower towels.

The Hochplatte holiday flat is approx. 32 m² in size and is also located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse. It is suitable for 2-3 persons. A sofa bed is available in the living area for the 3rd person. From here you also have a wonderful view of Unterwössen and the mountains.

Under the motto NOT AT HOME - BUT AT HOME we offer you a relaxing, quiet and yet active holiday here in Unterwössen. Our farm is situated in the middle of the mountains, a bit away from the centre of Unterwössen - here you can expect a fantastic panoramic view! Are you a hiker, mountain biker, motorcyclist, glider pilot, ... or a small family - or are you simply looking for peace and relaxation in nature - then you are exactly right with us - and always welcome! Dogs are also welcome here on request. We look forward to hearing from you and hope to welcome you as our guests soon!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of € 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: € 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.Arrival Description
Motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg Exit Bernau continue on the B305 towards Reit im Winkl. In Unterwössen after the Agip petrol station turn left into Hadergasse. After approx. 800 metres at the crossroads continue straight on (uphill) along Hochgernweg. After approx. 700 metres you will reach your holiday home on the left-hand side. In front of the farmhouse there is a wooden well and a wood-burning oven.
