The ideal family 2-room flat is approx. 50 sqm in size and extends over the entire top floor. In the front part of the flat there is a double bed in comfort height (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a cosy living area with sofa bed, in the middle part is the dining room with a very well equipped new kitchenette (dishwasher, toaster, water and egg boiler etc.) and a bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds with its own bathroom is in the back part. From the two balconies you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and into the garden.
This holiday flat can also be booked as a 1-room flat on request (30 sqm in total).

Our well-kept guesthouse Hagen is situated in a beautiful, quiet location in the district of Blindau.
Whether sporty or cosy, with us you have all possibilities.
You can relax on our large lawn for sunbathing. We also offer guided hikes and Nordic walking for the whole family once a week.
In winter, you will find wonderful hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, a snow tubing facility, a natural toboggan run and ski jumps in the immediate vicinity. Once a week we offer you a snowshoe hike.
You can relax in our newly renovated small sauna. W-Lan for a fee.
Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee..
Environment description
Wonderful hiking and walking trails, mountain bike trails and a large children's playground are right next to us.

In the event of a ban on operations during the booked period by the Bavarian state government or the federal government, you can of course rebook for another period or cancel free of charge.

from the 45th day before departure 50%
from the 35th day before departure 80%

Arrival Description
Motorway exit A8 Bernau, follow the B 305 in the direction of Reit im Winkl; then turn left in Reit im Winkl/OT Entfelden in the direction of Traunstein/Seegatterl - then turn right in the direction of Reit im Winkl - after approx. 1000 m turn left in the direction of OT Blindau (Hindenburghütte) - drive up Blindauer Straße - then take the 1st exit left into Gschwendtweg - from here it is approx. 150 m - our guesthouse is on the left-hand side.
