The spacious 2-room family apartment Unterberg on the 1st floor, has a size of about 47 m². At the cozy dining area in the living room you can enjoy the self-prepared meals. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Allergy-friendly, high-quality real wood parquet flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. In the living room the sofa can be folded out and offers space for an adult or 2 children. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available and will be changed according to your wishes. For the television evening you have a DVD player as well as a television set in the living room and bedroom. The CD radio system completes the equipment. In our bathrooms you will not get cold feet! This is ensured by the underfloor heating, which is heated all year round.
The bathroom was completely renovated in May 2022 and now offers you even more feel-good comfort.

The flooring throughout the apartment is high-quality parquet which is suitable for allergy sufferers. In the living room the pull out sofa can accommodate two more persons (children). There is an adequate supply of bed linen and towels which will be changed according to your wishes. For your TV viewing pleasure, a DVD player as well as a 32" inch flat screen TV, and a 26" inch TV in the bedroom are available. You won't get cold feet in our bathrooms! Not at home and yet at home ... our Bergwinkl guesthouse wants to be a holiday home for our guests. NEW - from now on 2 car - e-charging stations as well as a total of 9 charging points for e-bikes.Only a 2-minute walk from the centre and yet absolutely quiet, our Bergwinkl is located in the beautiful climatic health resort of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. This central location makes all localities, shopping and leisure facilities accessible to you within a few minutes' walk. Whether cross-country skiing trails and hiking paths, farmer's theatre, street festival, ski bus and hiking bus, children's play path, open-air swimming pool, bike and cycle paths - everything can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Just leave your car at home. Our fully equipped flats all have a spacious balcony with a magnificent mountain view. The 2-room Hausberg flat has a bathtub and invites you to relax. Or how about our particularly cosy 1-room flat Giebelstüberl?

For the athletes among you, we offer additional amenities together with the municipality. Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our in-house services, such as free travel on the Benzeck ski lifts in winter (€ 1.00 contribution to costs). Another "treat" is the daily free ascent to our beautiful Winklmoos-Alm. So nothing stands in the way of your holiday enjoyment.

This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. By the way, our house is heated in an environmentally friendly way via the central Reit in Winkler biomass heating plant "Naturwärme". The "Naturwärme" citizen's plant enables Reit im Winkl to save 3 million litres of heating oil per year and we are helping to achieve this.
