The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and offers all comforts to prepare a delicious meal. High-quality parquet flooring has been laid in the entire living and sleeping area. The completely new bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax after a day of hiking/skiing. For a cosy TV evening, a flat screen TV and a DVD player are available in both the living room and the bedroom. Bed linen and towels are of course available in sufficient quantities.

Welcome to the Bergblick guesthouse, which was completely renovated in 2011. Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in the relaxed atmosphere of our family-run house. Due to the very quiet and yet central location in the heart of Reit im Winkel, you can leave your car in the garage - as shops and restaurants as well as the cross-country skiing trail and the swimming pool are all within easy walking distance. Our lovingly furnished flats have a balcony, shower or bathtub/WC, fully equipped kitchenettes with dishwasher, flat-screen TV and W-LAN access. Our farmhouse parlour is available to you at any time as a lounge - for example, if there is something to celebrate. Alternatively, our "bread roll service" is available to spoil you in the morning with all kinds of delicacies directly and freshly from the baker. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Reit im Winkl climatic health resort
According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

From Munich on the motorway Munich-Salzburg (A8) to Bernau (exit no. 106), continue on the newly built German Alpine Road (B 305) to Reit im Winkl (27 km), drive into town, past the Tourist Info (Maibaum), turn left after Elektro Huber, then left again in the direction of Ruhpolding, after approx. 20 m turn right into Unterbergstraße, at the 1st possible turn-off turn right into Gartenstraße.
