2 bedrooms and 2 x shower/WC - this is how our Unterberg holiday flat for 4 people in Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau presents itself. Our holiday home is quietly and centrally located on the southern slope of Reit im Winkl, the centre of the village can be reached in five minutes on foot. Our non-smoking 2 room holiday flat Kaiserblick for 2 persons, with separate bedroom and our non-smoking 3 room holiday flat Unterberg for 4 persons, with two separate bedrooms, one with box spring bed, and 2 bathrooms are classified with 4 stars by the DTV. The holiday flats can also be booked with bread service or breakfast. Our flats are equipped with satellite TV, free W-Lan and balcony. Our holiday flats have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, flat-screen TV, balcony, W-lan, reserved parking space.
Our house is the ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, Nordic walking, day trips as well as skiing and cross-country skiing tours, with the car toll-free drive to the Winklmoosalm.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort

According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description

Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Once there, turn right at the Tourist Info at the maypole, past the indoor swimming pool, left, Schwimmbad Straße, right Walmbergstraße, left to Dosbachweg.
