Das einzige Appartement des Hauses befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist von der Straße über 2 Stufen, vom Garten über 5 Stufen separat erreichbar. Der Rest des Hauses wird von den Eigentümern bewohnt. Das Appartement ist überkomplett ausgestattet, Zentralheizung, Bodenbeläge Fliesen und Fertigparkett. Wohnraum und Esszimmer haben Ausblick zum Garten. Das für Gäste offene Gartengelände ist mit ca. 3500m² sehr groß. Description
Groß Gottschow is only about 8 kilometres from the district town of Perleberg and its museum landscape. Plattenburg castle, North Germany's oldest remaining moated castle, the spa town of Bad Wilsnack with its crystal treatment and brine thermal baths and the town of Wittenberge on the river Elbe are also nearby. The holiday rental is on the mezzanine level of a semi-detached house and has two separate entrances, one from the street and one from the garden. The adjoining semi-detached house is occupied by the landlord, who will gladly help you if you have any questions. The house was fully renovated in 2017 and offers everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The open-plan garden is 3,500 square metres in size and is ideal for walks. Enjoy the various plants, a large walnut tree, a small pond, a well and the greenhouse. Seating, garden furniture and a barbecue allow you to relax in the green surroundings. The neighbour's paddock backs directly onto the garden, from where the horses can be observed and stroked. There are also two cats in the yard. If the weather is bad, the house has central heating and the living and dining rooms offer views of the Prignitz countryside, which is ideal for cycling, hiking or riding with its vast, flat landscape.

From Groß Gottschow, Perleberg train station is 9 kilometres away and the spa town of Bad Wilsnack with its crystal treatment and brine thermal baths is 16 kilometres away. The industrial town of Wittenberge is 21 kilometres away with connections to Deutsche Bahn's long-distance rail network in the direction of Berlin and Hamburg. Arrive by car via the B5 in the direction of Perleberg.
