The holiday flat is located in an art nouveau villa built in 1903 on the ground floor. It was completely renovated in 2017 and is now available as a holiday flat with approx. 94 m2 for 1 to 4 people. You will be staying in a quiet corner of Teisendorf, not far from the town centre, with a wonderful view of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel and Teisenberg mountains. An ideal starting point for excursions to the bathing lakes, for hikes, for cycling and mountain tours as well as for one or the other excursion to Salzburg (20km), Bad Reichenhall (18km) or Berchtesgaden/Königssee (35km). In the immediate vicinity (town centre and swimming pool 500m, railway station 1km) of our house there are several restaurants and shopping facilities. Directly at the house we offer a covered car parking space and parking facilities for bicycles. Our Jugednstilvilla is a non-smoking house and unfortunately no pets are allowed. Our own free shuttle service to and from the train station.
