Description

Arrive - feel good - simply be allowed to be a human being "House recommended by the guest". Our property, built according to an old model, is centrally located with an impressive view of Staufeneck Castle and our local mountains - the Hochstaufen and Fuderheuberg. It is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, forest walks, cycling and mountain tours as well as excursions in all directions. All flats are furnished in upscale country house style. They are equipped with parquet floors, doors and furniture made of solid wood as well as natural stone floors suitable for allergy sufferers. For our little guests we have children's equipment (high chair, travel cot, changing mat, toilet seat, children's cutlery, changing mat). Bed linen, towels and bath towels are also included in the equipment. If required, you can use the washing machine or tumble dryer for a fee. There is a parking space for your car at the house, and we can also offer our guests free Wi-Fi. Up-to-date information material is available in our house folder (hiking maps, brochures, etc.).

Environment description

Distinctive excursion destinations such as Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee and the Salzkammergut can be reached in a few minutes by car. Bus stop, train station, inns as well as shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket, beverage market, various outlets) are in close proximity and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. During a short holiday, there is the possibility to have breakfast at our nearby local bakers (also on Sundays).

Short stay possible, individual arrival and departure day, house brochure. The prices quoted do not include the spa tax (EUR 1.00 per person/day, free for children up to the age of 12 - subject to change). Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. With the guest card you travel free of charge by train (Berchtesgaden-Freilassing line) or bus to Bad Reichenhall. From 1 week stay you get 1 day free of charge a Movelo electric bike. E-filling station in the immediate vicinity, only cash payment is possible, Sparkasse or Raiffeisenbank are in the village, pets are not allowed.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Freundliche Gastgeberin, dem Gast zugewandt. Räumlichkeiten sauber und gepflegt, Ausstattung der kleinen Küchenzeile gut. Ausreichend Utensilien für die Wohnung in einem Schrank vorhanden. Fenster traditionell und schließen gut, kein Straßengeräusch wahrzunehmen. Gute Ausgabgslage für Unternehmungen aller Art, ob zu Fuß mit Fahrad oder Auto. Toll,Nähe zu Österreich. Busse-Bahnen kostenfrei im Netz durch Gästekarte.

Which negative impressions did you have?

Es gibt nichts Negatives bzgl. der Wohnräume. Die Angaben zum Cafe`Tasse jedoch, finden keine Übereinstimmung bei uns. Uns fehlte beim einmaligen Frühstück dort, Charme und Leidenschaft. Holt man sich jedoch Brot oder Brötchen und frühstückt in der Ferienwohnung, ist alles okay.
