The house with the large vacation apartment is located in a quiet small residential area. The view from the apartment or from the garden terrace is overwhelming. The historic village center with the mountains in the background provide a view that has "postcard quality". The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate living room with a smart TV and sofa with sleep function. Furthermore, the apartment includes a large bedroom with a double bed (2 pers.) and a sports room which can be converted to a second bedroom with two separate beds (2 pers.). Moreover, there is the bathroom with shower, bathtub, and a washing machine and a separate toilet. A lockable garage with storage for bicycles, etc. is available to guests, as well as the large terrace with a spacious lawn and a large garden with a luxurious outdoor lounge. Quiet location with great panoramic views over Rinchnach and the surrounding mountains. Of course, free WiFi, towels (each guest in his or her own color) and the matching rubber ducky (which you are welcome to take home as a souvenir), as well as bed linen. Other conveniences such as spices, coffee and cocoa pods, the dishwasher, toaster and blender, napkins, firewood for the fireplace, shower gel, shampoo and bath essence, small treats and sparkling water, as well as cold regional drinks in the refrigerator are available to guests.
