Our rooms are located in the first floor of the "Schildbräu" house. You can get your key from our key safe at the entrance. Please contact us to get the code one day before arrival. Phone number: +4994185724. You can contact us until 9 pm. Please get your key until 9pm. Please note the following rules, which are valid for this reservation: 1. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation. 2. There is a possibility to cancel the reservation free of charge until 2 days before arrival (6 p.m.). If you make a later cancellation, you have to pay for the first night. 3. We accept a written cancellation to tourismus@regensburg.de. 4. You will get special cancellation terms, if this is a booking for a group.
