The house is suitable for up to 4 people and extends over 2 floors - on one floor there is a large living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC and a south-facing balcony. On the upper floor there is a daylight bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a box-spring bed and one with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Spectacular hillside location with 3 panoramic terraces and an unobstructed view of the valley. The property has been extensively rebuilt and impresses with luxury and urbanity in a very special charm with various retreats. The terraces are furnished and there is a gas barbecue. The property is completely fenced. A garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles can also be rented. The surrounding area offers plenty of variety for hikers, mountain bikers, Nordic walking, paragliders, winter sports enthusiasts (alpine and cross-country skiing), bikers, golfers and nature lovers who want to take a deep breath. The climatic health resort of Seebach, located in the northern Black Forest - a jewel in itself that is crying out to be explored. The Mummelsee village takes you directly to the high moorland area of the Hornisgrinde, where the Wildsee and Mummelsee lakes reflect the mysterious atmosphere of the Black Forest. Mountain huts and lookout towers with fantastic views, distillery tours and cozy traditional evenings with regional delicacies allow you to experience the diversity of this place and invite you to enjoy your vacation to the full.
