The non-smoking holiday flat with 34sqm for a maximum of two people is divided into a living and dining room area, a separate bedroom with a 1.60m wide double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The flat is equipped with satellite TV, radio with CD player, internet via Wi-Fi, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, stirrer, cool bag with ice packs, picnic blanket, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and clothes horse. You will also find a basic stock of spices, coffee, tea, sugar, kitchen paper, aluminium foil and cling film, baking paper, tea towels, cleaning and dishcloths, washing-up and cleaning products, liquid soap, toilet paper and cosmetic tissues in the flat. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed, also out of consideration for the following holiday guests. A covered, cosy outdoor seating area with a view of the garden is available to our guests.

Description
The 35 m² holiday flat for up to two people was newly renovated in June 2020. It is located in the Kronenhof district, a charming settlement in Kehl, 1.5 kilometres from the city centre. The flat is in a very quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by greenery. Both the Rhine and the Old Rhine are only about 300 and 450 metres away respectively. In between are the Rhine forest and the Rhine foreland with its footpath and cycle path, which is ideal for sunbathing, a picnic or a romantic evening stroll. In 2004, the ‘Passerelle des deux rives’ was built across the Rhine as part of the joint Franco-German Garden Show, allowing you to easily reach France on foot or by bike. There are also marvellous parks on both sides of the Rhine. If you come back hungry from your excursions in the evening, there are several good places to eat in the immediate vicinity.
